In case anyone is wondering, the outfit worn by the orphan matron in Dalaran (whose name escapes me!) is wearing a Formal Dangui, an extremely rare dress sold by Geenia Sunshadow.
I have one myself, so I put it on, got my “Matron” title, and stood next to her.
