Link Directory for Level 1 Armor and Weapons
Overwhelmed by all the different level 1 armor/weapons available in-game? Did not find what you were looking for in my low level outfit articles? Hopefully these links will lead you to exactly what you want for your character. And, I broke them down into different sections for an easier search. Thanks, Kirina! ^_^
The only sections that are not included in this directory are low level quest rewards and world event styles (which can be worn by characters of all levels). If you would like to see a great listing of world event fashion, check out Kamalia’s post on the forum: Party Clothes .
Shirts
I excluded shirts that are BOE (like the Master Builder’s Shirt and the Sawbones Shirt), and those that are no longer, or are currently not, obtainable for players (Wowhead still lists some starter gear that were previously shirts, but since Cataclysm have been changed to actual chest-pieces – like the Initiate’s Shirt).
- Crafted Shirts
- Vendor Bought Shirts
- The Sleeveless T-Shirt and the Deckhand’s Shirt are the only shirts that are obtained through looting that are not BOE and can be worn by lower level players.
Starter Gear & Weapons
There are so many other starter gear that I did not include in my level 1 outfit articles. This link will show you what all else there is to choose from; however, it may include other armor pieces that are not necessarily starter gear pieces.
Level 1 Gear
In my low level outfit articles, I did not really focus on loot-able level 1 gear that is also extremely versatile in many different outfits (partly because I did not feel like farming ^_^) However, all of these are fairly common drops, and a still important to consider when creating your own outfits.
The links include all (visible) armor slots…just something to keep in mind when browsing through the contents.
Crafted Level 1 Gear
There is no crafted level 1 leather and mail armor available. However, “miscellaneous” armor – armor with no level requirements – is included in this section.
This section may also include some holiday fashion, and the links include all (visible) armor slots…just something to keep in mind when browsing through the contents.
Vendor-Bought Level 1 Gear
This section also includes “Heirloom” items, which can be worn by any character level. While being identical replicas of classic style tier gear (and great for leveling), they are also perfect for low-level “classy” outfits.
The links include all (visible) armor slots…just something to keep in mind when browsing through the contents.
