If your characters are strictly &#8220;Alliance only&#8221;, hopefully these outfits while inspire you to try a different look for one of your new characters (or old characters). While this is not exactly a starter robe, it can only be purchased from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/npc=32638\" target=_blank>Hakmud of Argus<\/a>, one of the vendors on the Alliance <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=44235\" target=_blank>Traveler&#8217;s Tundra Mammoth<\/a>. Pair it up with the Alliance vendor bought <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=3599\" target=_blank>Thin Cloth Belt<\/a> (which also looks like several other low level drop belts) and the Night Elf <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=51\" target=_blank>Neophyte&#8217;s Boots<\/a> for a unique outfit.<\/p>\n<p>Another great level 1 robe is the Night Elf druid <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=6123\" target=_blank>Novice&#8217;s Robe<\/a>. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=52554\" target=_blank>Apprentice&#8217;s Boots<\/a> are a part of the new Apprentice set for Night Elf mages. While there are other &#8220;sock and sandal&#8221; footwear in-game, such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=19438\" target=_blank>Ringo&#8217;s Blizzard Boots<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=19391\" target=_blank>Shimmering Geta<\/a>, these are the only ones that I know of in this unique style easily available to players &#8211; and not just for level 1&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>I love robes just as much as the next fashionista, but, the real versatility of the different starter gear comes in the tunic+pants styles. <\/p>\n<table>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=58244\" target=_blank>Recruit&#8217;s Vest<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=3428\" target=_blank>Common Gray Shirt<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=3599\" target=_blank>Thin Cloth Belt<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=2119\" target=_blank>Thin Cloth Gloves<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=6121\" target=_blank>Recruit&#8217;s Pants<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=47\" target=_blank>Footpad&#8217;s Shoes<\/a>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<span class=\"frame-outer  shutterset\"><span><span><span><span><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/images\/lvl1a4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"shutterset\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/images\/lvl1a4.jpg\" width=200 height=150><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>I found that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=47\" target=_blank>Footpad&#8217;s Shoes<\/a> flows better with the red in the Night Elf Recruit&#8217;s starter gear. I also think that this is a great and easy look for a beginning Alliance rogue or Hunter.<\/p>\n<p>Worgens introduced some great new armor items to the world of low level fashion. The Gilnean Recruit&#8217;s set for Worgen warriors gave low level characters, who can wear mail, a great buckle style belt, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=49577\" target=_blank>Gilnean Recruit&#8217;s Belt<\/a>. Another great shirt to consider for this outfit is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=4333\" target=_blank>Dark Silk Shirt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=2379\" target=_blank>Tarnished Chain Vest<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=4336\" target=_blank>Black Swashbuckler&#8217;s Shirt<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=2380\" target=_blank>Tarnished Chain Belt<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=1395\" target=_blank>Apprentice&#8217;s Pants<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=55\" target=_blank>Apprentice&#8217;s Boots<\/a>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<span class=\"frame-outer  shutterset\"><span><span><span><span><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/images\/lvl1a7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"shutterset\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/images\/lvl1a7.jpg\" width=200 height=150><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>I find this ensemble to be great for low-level Alliance warrior or paladin as an &#8220;off the clock&#8221; outfit. Instead of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=4336\" target=_blank>Black Swashbuckler&#8217;s Shirt<\/a>, try pairing it with the Stormwind Doublet for some home-town appreciation. Please note that on female characters, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=2379\" target=_blank>Tarnished Chain Vest<\/a> is more of a mail &#8220;bra&#8221; rather than a full-length chest-piece; pairing it with other shirts on gals will show the rest of the shirt underneath the vest, and may not flow as good as the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=4336\" target=_blank>Black Swashbuckler&#8217;s Shirt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These next two outfits would be other great outfits for an Alliance rogue if we could only equip mail armor (I wish the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=49577\" target=_blank>Gilnean Recruit&#8217;s Belt<\/a> were a cloth armor item). <\/p>\n<table>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<span class=\"frame-outer  shutterset\"><span><span><span><span><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/images\/lvl1a12.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"shutterset\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/images\/lvl1a12.jpg\" width=200 height=150><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=49574\" target=_blank>Gilnean Footpad&#8217;s Tunic<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=4336\" target=_blank>Black Swashbuckler&#8217;s Shirt<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=49577\" target=_blank>Gilnean Recruit&#8217;s Belt<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=1395\" target=_blank>Apprentice&#8217;s Pants<\/a>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=49406\" target=_blank>Gilnean Neophyte&#8217;s Boots<\/a>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>I love the vest armor that the Worgen classes introduced. They are versatile for many different outfits and compliment even higher level armor well. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=49563\" target=_blank>Gilnean Novice&#8217;s Tunic<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=49570\" target=_blank>Gilnean Trapper&#8217;s Tunic<\/a>, a brown\/gold colored version and an orange\/gold version, respectively, of this vest, are also available. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=51\" target=_blank>Neophyte&#8217;s Boots<\/a> also make a great addition to the outfit, as they tie in the brown\/green combination of the vest. However, just like the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=2379\" target=_blank>Tarnished Chain Vest<\/a>mentioned before, on female characters, they are shorter halter-tops; this limits the shirts that can be worn underneath them, if they are desired. In the outfit above, I find the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=6796\" target=_blank>Red Swashbuckler&#8217;s Shirt<\/a> compliments the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=58242\" target=_blank>Squire&#8217;s Vest<\/a> well, and, on gals, it would be short along with the vest. <\/p>\n<p>For a more vibrant outfit, the golden yellow <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=39\" target=_blank>Recruit&#8217;s Pants<\/a> are a great match:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\nThe same outfit, only with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=39\" target=_blank>Recruit&#8217;s Pants<\/a> instead of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=1396\" target=_blank>Acolyte&#8217;s Pants<\/a>.\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<span class=\"frame-outer  shutterset\"><span><span><span><span><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/images\/lvl1a11b.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"shutterset\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/images\/lvl1a11b.jpg\" width=200 height=150><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>&#8230;I would changed the boots, though. They worked in the previous outfit because they flowed from the rust-colored <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=1396\" target=_blank>Acolyte&#8217;s Pants<\/a>, but, they are too daunting for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=39\" target=_blank>Recruit&#8217;s Pants<\/a>. Some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/item=792\" target=_blank>nice sandals<\/a> would probably be better suited, but then we are verging from being a &#8220;level 1 only&#8221; outfit ^_*.<\/p>\n<p><center>Like I said at the beginning of this article, there are SO many outfit combinations to be had.
